ZOO Bratislava is open daily, including holidays and non-working days.

10 % discount for organized groups of more than 10 people all year round, except July and August.

School groups: for a group of 10 pupils/students, one pedagogical supervisor/escort has FREE entry (e.g. a class with 30 pupils, if they come with one, two or three teachers/escorts, they have free entry)

Entry for FREE: child up to 3 years, disabled with an escort, cardholders of BRATISLAVA CARD, MultiSport card and UpBalansea mobile app.

• Bratislava Card – 100% discount is valid for card holders for one entry and must be presented when entering the zoo. The card is an official tourist card that will help you discover the best of Bratislava.
• MultiSport card – MultiSport card holders are entitled to free entry to the Bratislava Zoo. When visiting, it is necessary to present a plastic MultiSport card and a photo ID, or a Virtual MultiSport card in the mobile application. If the card holder has used free entry at another facility belonging to the network of MultiSport partner facilities on a given day, he is not entitled to free entry to the Bratislava Zoo.
• UpBalansea application – visitors who have downloaded the UpBalansea mobile application are entitled to free entry to the Bratislava Zoo. When visiting, it is necessary to show the application and a photo ID. If the visitor has used free entry at another facility belonging to the network of UpBalansea partner facilities on a given day, he is not entitled to free entry to the Bratislava Zoo.

Discounts are available only at the ZOO Cash desk.
