Leopard tortoises (Stigmochelys pardalis babcocki) are among the most beautiful tortoises due to their distinctive shell pattern and considerable size. They have a yellow base color and a brown dotted pattern on each label. They come from South West Africa and can live up to 100 years in human care. They are among the largest land turtles ever - they grow up to 60 cm long, but there are records of individuals up to 80 cm long.
