Location African dwarf crocodile

People often ask if our crocodiles are real because they don't move at all. They are real!! However, they are animals with nocturnal activity, they rest during the day, and moreover, crocodiles in general are slow reptiles that consistently conserve energy. The dwarf crocodile is the smallest crocodile in the world. It grows to an average of 1.5 meters. To protect itself from predators, it has a heavily armored neck, back and tail. His protruding forehead is also striking, after which he got his name. This interesting reptile lives in the tropical forests of West and Central Africa, but it is very shy and rare to see in wild nature. It is mainly threatened by illegal hunting for meat and loss of natural habitat due to massive deforestation.
